Contact us within 30 days

Email us at support@livnorr.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

We review and approve your request

Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you return instructions by email. Please do not send anything back before receiving our confirmation.

Send the item back

Return the item in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received, including all accessories and components.

Receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories and components

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
