On unpacking, the pillow may have a faint scent typical of compressed memory foam. This disappears within 24–72 hours in a well-ventilated room. Allow the foam to expand to its full shape for at least four hours before sleeping on it.

How do I know which height to use?
Start with the lower side if you mainly sleep on your back, or the higher side if you sleep on your side. Most people change position during the night — both heights are accessible without flipping the pillow.
Will I feel a difference straight away?
Some notice less stiffness from the very first morning. For others it takes 3–7 nights as the neck muscles adjust to a supported position. Give it a full week before judging — and remember you have 30 nights.
