Ordering and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payment, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available at checkout. Payment is processed by our providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Can I edit or cancel an order after placing it?
If you write to contact@livnorr.com before the order is dispatched, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the easier route is to return it on arrival.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice?
Yes. An order confirmation is sent by email straight after checkout. If you need a separate invoice for accounting purposes, ask and we will send one.
Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Sweden: 5–15 business days. EU and EEA: 5–15 business days. United Kingdom: 5–12 business days. United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 7–18 business days. Full details on the Shipping and Delivery page.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is handed to the carrier. You can also use our Track your order page.
Are customs duties included for non-EU orders?
Not at present. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for shipments to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other non-EU destinations. These are paid by the customer.
What if my parcel is lost or delayed?
If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or the delivery window has passed, write to us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either resend or refund in line with their response.
Returns and refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
30 days from the day your order is delivered, on top of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for EU, EEA, and UK customers.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was sent in error. We recommend a tracked service.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing can take a few extra days.
Products, materials, and care
What materials do you use?
We choose memory foams that meet European emissions standards and covers in breathable, washable fabrics. Each product page lists the exact composition and care instructions.
Are your foams hypoallergenic?
The memory foams we work with are dust-mite resistant and are not made with feathers or down, which makes them suitable for most allergy sufferers. If you have a specific sensitivity, write to us before ordering and we can confirm details for the product you are considering.
Why is there a faint smell when I unbox a memory foam product?
This is a normal off-gassing of the foam after compressed shipping. It typically dissipates within 24–72 hours in a ventilated room, after which the product is fully ready to use.
How do I clean and care for my product?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. As a general rule, covers can be removed and machine-washed cool, while foam interiors should be spot-cleaned only.

Do you offer gift orders?
Yes. At checkout you can leave a gift note in the order notes field. We send the parcel without a price slip and include the note inside.
