Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Livnorr purchase. If something is not right, the policy below explains how to return it and how a refund is processed. This policy sits alongside, and does not limit, the rights you have under EU consumer law.

1. Right of withdrawal (EU and EEA)
If you live in the EU, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear written statement to contact@livnorr.com within the 14-day window. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You may use the model withdrawal form below, or any other unequivocal written statement.

2. Our 30-day return window
In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
3. How to start a return
Use our Start a Return page to submit your request online. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was sent in error — in which case Livnorr covers all return costs. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on return.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email and issue the refund to the original payment method within 15 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take a further few days to appear on your statement.
The original outbound shipping cost is refunded only when the entire order is returned and we are responsible for the return (faulty, damaged, or wrong item).
6. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
7. Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return once unsealed, including pillows and similar bedding once the inner protective wrapping has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.
8. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the simplest and fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
