Shipping and Delivery

Every order is packed with care and shipped from our partner warehouse with full tracking. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. Below is the full breakdown.

Where we ship

Sweden, the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country is not available at checkout, write to contact@livnorr.com and we will see what we can arrange.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are usually prepared the same day and handed to the carrier the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders dispatch on the next business day.

Carriers may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to customs processing.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Where free shipping applies, the qualifying threshold is shown on the cart page.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. You can also use our Track your order page.

Customs and duties

Within the EU and EEA, no additional customs charges apply. For shipments to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other non-EU destinations, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on local regulations. These are paid by the customer and are not included in the price at checkout. We are working on adding duties-paid options at checkout for selected markets.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Re-shipping to a corrected address after dispatch may incur an additional charge.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your delivery window has passed, write to contact@livnorr.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either resend or refund in line with the carrier’s response.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photos before unpacking where possible and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
