Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of livnorr.com (the “Store”) and any orders you place through it. By using the Store you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

The Store is operated by Livnorr, an enskild firma registered in Sweden.

2. Acceptance of terms

By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

3. Products and pricing

We aim to display product information, photographs, materials, dimensions, and prices as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour and finish may occur due to monitor settings and natural materials. Prices shown include VAT where applicable under Swedish and EU law. Customers outside the EU may see prices excluding VAT at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and to refuse or cancel any order arising from such errors. If a payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund.

4. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation by email. We may decline orders, in particular where stock is unavailable, where there is a suspicion of fraud, or where delivery to the requested address is not feasible.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include card payment, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed by our payment providers under their own terms; we do not store full card numbers.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier hands the parcel to you.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers in the EU, EEA, and United Kingdom have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs during the statutory withdrawal period are borne by the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Beyond the statutory period, we accept returns within 30 days under the conditions set out in the Returns and Refund Policy.

8. Warranties and conformity

All products carry the statutory warranty for non-conformity available under Swedish and EU consumer law. Under EU Directive 2019/771, goods must conform to the contract for a minimum of two years from delivery. Within this period, if a product is defective on arrival or fails to conform to the description, contact us and we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, photography, logos, and graphics, is owned by Livnorr or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

10. User conduct

When using the Store, you agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the Store for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Store or a purchase is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the Store at the time you place the order. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with Södertälje tингsrätt as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
